Fertility Assessment
Yorkshire Fertility are pleased to be able to offer a Fertility Assessment Service for patient who wish to gain an insight into their fertility but are not as yet ready for treatment. Our package service will include a detailed medical history by one of our specialist fertility nurses. At this appointment they will also arrange for you to have a investigations and then a follow up appointment with a Clinical Practitioner to discuss the results with you and advise any further steps.
The cost of this service will depend on your relationship status
Single women - £453
Single men - £243
Same sex couples - £777
Heterosexual couples - £569
Should you wish to proceed please contact us on 01422 261344, where a member of our Admin team will be able to arrange this for you, they will ask you basic demographic details to enable them to register you on our system and take payment for the Assessment.
