We understand the importance of being open and honest about our treatment offerings and the associated costs to give you peace of mind when embarking on your fertility journey with us.
Prior to any treatment, if you are paying for your treatment cycle or fee paid test with us, you will be provided with a payment schedule along with our refund policy outlining any terms and conditions relating to your paid treatment. You will be contacted directly by the relevant laboratory to advise you about your storage arrangements and costs following your treatment.
In our area, the NHS is funding one cycle of IVF treatment and 3 years of embryo storage unless there is a live birth before this time expires.

Payment Policy
Treatment fees must be paid before any treatment begins. We also require patients to review and sign our refund policy prior to payment. We accept debit cards, and credit cards.
Insurance
If your health insurance covers consultations and investigations, you will need to pay Yorkshire Fertility directly and then claim reimbursement from your insurer. We do not handle claims directly with insurers.
Price Changes
Yorkshire Fertility reserves the right to adjust prices. During your planning consultation, we will provide a detailed treatment plan and subsequently, issue an invoice, including the cost of recommended medications.
If there are any price changes before you have paid your invoices, we will send you an updated treatment plan and invoice.
You must approve any costs by signing and returning our refund policy, which will be sent to you with your invoice by email, before proceeding with payment and then treatment.
Our refund policy
At Yorkshire Fertility, we take pride in the care and commitment to helping you achieve a successful pregnancy. We also understand that our patients may change their mind about treatment. To help with this, we offer a 21 day 'cooling off period' from the date you pay. This means that you will receive all your money back minus an administration fee, unless you have commenced treatment, whereby a partial refund may be offered.
