Consistent fertility care, support and treatments
We take pride in our consistent fertility success rates. With 20 years' experience providing fertility service, we put our patients first, providing choice and compassionate care.
Licensed Treatment
All licensed treatment at Yorkshire Fertility is carried out at one of our partnering HFEA registered centres as listed in our Treatment section. It is your choice which center you go to, and we will provide you with as much information as you need to help you to decide. Yorkshire Fertility is a satellite unit and therefore comes under the registration of these centers.
In order to accurately interpret success rates, it is important to refer to the HFEA as the source of national information.
Remember when looking at the success rates data that these are all dependent on the patients being treated and the reason for their infertility.
Please do not hesitate to ask a member of our team who will be more than happy to discuss the success rate in more detail with you.

"Following on from our first successful round of IVF from which we received our first daughter Charlotte (Lottie). We are super grateful to be able to say our second attempt which was also successful, has gifted us a little sister for her! Poppy Elizabeth was born on Wednesday 28th January 2026 at 37 weeks weighing just 5lb 7oz.
We cannot express how grateful we are to everyone at Yorkshire Fertility for helping make our dreams come true. There will never be enough words to express our thanks. Our family is now complete, thank you."

"Maddie and I came to Yorkshire Fertility in autumn 2019. The wonderful Helen took our first appointment. This was pre-Covid. In some ways a different world then, and little were we to know how many twists and turns were to come, having done very little research, operating only on the blind faith of knowing we were meant to be Mums somehow. So, this story has been over 5 years in the writing, and as I said to Gemma, we’ve been coming to the clinic for so long now, I really am surprised we haven’t been invited to the staff Christmas meal.
IVF is (sadly) so often a story of failure and despair, and I wanted to share this as a story of hope and tribute to the unbelievable dignity and person-centred care shown to us throughout our treatment cycles by the staff at Yorkshire Fertility (our primary staff being Gemma, Helen and Mr Chaudhari but the whole team need mentioning!) our fortunes also turned when we chose Manchester Fertility for our final treatment cycle, but the care we’ve had from our core staff at the clinic needs public recognition.
I am delighted to share that we now have a daughter thanks to the miracle of shared motherhood IVF, and the utter selflessness of my unbelievable partner Maddie who wished to give me the experience of pregnancy and birth after much personal failure and heartbreak in previous cycles.
Beatrice Kathryn (my Mum) Barbara (Maddie’s mum) Falson-Wright made her way into this world very quickly in the end on just a few paracetamol and gas and air (me, not her) at 253 am on August 23 2024. She weighed 7 lb 2 and came out with an absolutely massive belting cry.
Her name means ‘blessed one’ and is also rather regal and we knew it suited her as soon as we saw her. She also carries the spirit of both our wonderful mums (mine no longer here to meet her) which we hope to be able to instil in her as she grows.
We faced hurdle after hurdle on this journey. Covid delays. Blood test after blood test after blood test. Poor response to medication. Scan after scan. Literally hundreds of appointments. Twists in the road like you would not believe. New information. Legislation changes. 3-hour paperwork appointments for every cycle. Counselling appointments. Huge decisions to make. Endless sharpies boxes. New Medication protocols. OHSS. BMI too high. You name it. After 4/5 failed rounds with me, this was our absolute last try via the shared motherhood protocol and a chance to turn things around thanks to the unbelievable generosity of the people I’ve mentioned.
We’ve been given this chance at motherhood thanks to science, perseverance and the persistence and kindness of others. And the willingness to adapt and provide person centred care without judgement but also without false hope from this truly wonderful team of caring professionals in Halifax.
I sincerely hope this post inspires those that read it. There’s always another way to get where you need to be, even in your darkest times and when you can’t see the path out, as I just couldn’t. As Elizabeth Day said to me in a post (in words I’ve never forgotten) after my/our 3rd failure:
“The grief and the dashed hopes are exhausting. Your life is valid, and your strength and wisdom can only have grown from what you've been through. This will one day make you an incredible parent, in whatever form it comes to you.”
Little did I know when she wrote that in 2021 that I’d be re sharing it with a sleeping little baby girl on my chest having come to parenthood in this different form. We have you all in Halifax to thank for this and you are literally changing the direction of people’s lives with the work you do. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for giving us our little girl and treating us with compassion and dignity throughout our convoluted journey to get here."

"We just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone at Yorkshire Fertility for making it possible for Nicky and I to have our little girl.
Maeve Rose Lynda was born on the 7th July 24 and was a nice 6lb 13oz.
Special thanks to Danielle who made us believe anything is possible again after been given a 5% chance of it working. She really was so caring and went beyond her job. We will forever consider her as a friend.
Thank you all. The Whiteley’s xx"

"We attended Yorkshire fertility over a period of probably 3 years. I am classed as an older patient - my last cycle I was 42 years old and we had a low chance of success - something they were always kindly honest about but always so positive with our treatment. IVF is so, so hard but the staff always treat you with care and respect and I feel like they too go through it with you. I felt like from arriving at reception was always greeted with a smile and any time I emailed or called with any questions always were answered - I would say email is the best option so they can get the answer and get back to you. The nurses and doctors are also amazing and supportive and must find it so difficult but show up every time, I’ve had lots of lows and it’s so stressful each cycle but they just calmed me and guided and supported me and my partner in such a lovely way (it’s not easy!)
We were lucky on our fourth attempt and I want to say a big thank you to the staff at Halifax - keep being a great team. Infertility is rubbish - but I’d recommend anyone considering trying IVF to come here. We can’t fault it - thank you for helping us eventually get our miracle rainbow girl we know how lucky we are - but I’d say to anyone to give it a go who knows like us it might work in the end! Thank you!"

"Yorkshire Fertility definitely deserve the 5 stars I have given. We were supported and felt cared for by every single member of the team. The receptionists were great and sent reminders of all upcoming appointments and were always helpful when ringing up to ask questions. The care we have received while undergoing our ivf journey has been outstanding! We feel extremely lucky and grateful that our first treatment worked and we will always be thankful. Thank you so much for helping make our dream come true We will always recommend Yorkshire Fertility to anyone who could benefit from their services."

"Thank you to Yorkshire Fertility, as much as I am being biased, we do have two beautiful little boys, but it’s with the help of Yorkshire fertility or we wouldn’t have that! We would love the boys to meet you all! I’m doing really well thank you, healing very well. I don’t have the time to have a poor recovery with two babies haha!"
