Providing you insight into your fertility
Yorkshire Fertility are pleased to be able to offer a Fertility Assessment Service for patients who wish to gain an insight into their fertility but are not as yet ready for treatment.
Our package service will include a detailed medical history by one of our specialist fertility nurses. At this appointment they will also arrange for you to have an investigation and then a follow up appointment with a Clinical Practitioner to discuss the results with you and advise any further steps.
The cost of this service will depend on your relationship status.
When you contact us to arrange an assessment, a member of our Admin team will ask for your basic demographic details. This enables them to register you on our system and take payments for the assessment.
